Terms and Conditions
 

Acceptance

Verbal orders will be accepted by Cfotech Solutions, however Cfotech Solutions will not be liable for any loss resulting in any difference arising between the products delivered by Cfotech Solutions and those ordered verbally by the buyer, unless a written confirmation of that verbal order is received by Cfotech Solutions prior to delivery. Such written confirmation must be clearly marked "Confirmation only". Any duplication of orders which takes place as a result of not stating "Confirmation only" will incur a cancellation charge. No accepted order may be cancelled or rescheduled except with the express written consent of Cfotech Solutions

     

Prices

All prices are quoted exclusive of all taxes and other charges unless otherwise agreed by both parties. Value specified in the order, Cfotech Solutions reserves the right to increase prices to reflect such variations. Unless otherwise stated, any prices quoted by the Cfotech Solutions shall be the price at which the products will be sold to the customer. Cfotech Solutions reserves the right to amend prices to correct or omissions. Final price can not be negotiated.

     

Delivery

Cfotech Solutions will use reasonable Endeavour’s to meet any estimated product delivery date but will not be liable for extra updates resulting from any delay whatsoever caused. Any mistakes and errors should be notified to Cfotech Solutions in writing within a week. After delivering the project, there is no charge to updates it within a week or minor update. There are extra charges for the customers who want to update or change or re-customize of product according to their new requirements.

     

Terms of Payment

Payment terms are cash in advance, unless otherwise stated. Customer will have to deposit half of the amount of total price at the time of finalizing deal. The Customer shall be in default of payment without reminder. In the event of non-payment, Cfotech Solutions reserves the right to alter terms of payment, and pursue any remedies available at law or under this agreement. The acceptance by Cfotech Solutions of any payment after the specified due date will not constitute a waiver of the buyers obligation to made future payments on the specified dates.

     

Ownership of Product

         Cfotech Solutions will not pass the ownership of the products until the customer has made a payment in full thereof. If payment is not made in accordance with terms of sale, Cfotech Solutions have the right to retake possession of products, not fully paid for, and to go up on any premises occupied by the customer. Ownership in the products is rested in Cfotech Solutions until Cfotech Solutions has received the price in full as well as any other payments due to Cfotech Solutions from the buyer. Such repossession shall not constitute a recession or termination of the contract between Cfotech Solutions and the customer unless Cfotech Solutions expressly elects to do so.

     

Use of Website

          If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become knows to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner, Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering.

     

Cancellation

          Cfotech Solutions will not cancel the order once it’s been finalized; there shall be no cancellations or reschedules by the customers. If this happen, the deposited amount will not be given back. If the buyer cancels all or part of any contract, Cfotech Solutions reserves the right to make a cancellation charge not exceeding 50% of the order value.

     

General

          Customer should co-operate our analysis team while gathering the information regarding to project development in analysis phase, Customer should provide true and accurate information. In order to develop a successful application analyst must understand the basic requirements of the business, Customer must fulfill all the detail requirements that our analysis team needed. We will customize the product according to your business needs. Customer must provide all information in analysis phase only, no other details or updates can be accepted in other phase of product development.

     

Limitation of Liability

          Cfotech Solutions will not be liable for any typing or written mistakes in the website content. Content of Customers’ detail provided by the customer should be accurate, written and verified by the Customers only. There must be sign from the approved site content. Cfotech Solutions will not be liable for spelling mistakes into submitted written content documents by Customer. Every effort will be made by the Cfotech Solutions to ensure accuracy of any information or literature made available in relation to the products.
